ApexDemands

AI-assisted personal-injury demand packages with human review, sold as a per-letter service.

Las Vegas, Nevada

ApexDemands

What it does
ApexDemands LLC is a per-letter personal-injury demand shop, not a research chatbot and not a case-management add-in. A firm uploads case files; Apex returns a send-ready PDF, an editable Word draft, an ICD-10 summary spreadsheet that sorts diagnoses as caused by the incident, possibly exacerbated, or unrelated, plus organized exhibits. Public pricing is $250 per demand and optional exhibit redaction at $0.25 per page (confirm on apexdemands.com/pricing). The vendor describes an AI-assisted workflow with human legal review and a vendor-stated 24-hour turnaround. Terms require a licensed attorney to review and approve before anything is finalized or sent; Apex does not set settlement numbers or contact carriers. Files leave the firm's stack — this is outsourced document-prep, not EvenUp or Supio running inside Filevine.
Fit
Plaintiff PI shops whose bottleneck is records-to-demand, who will send medical files to a vendor, and who want a published flat fee instead of an EvenUp-style quote. Fits firms that already have an attorney who will edit the draft before it goes to a carrier.
Not a fit
Defense or transactional teams. Firms that will not send medical records to an outside shop. Teams that need demand drafting inside Clio, Filevine, or SmartAdvocate without a handoff. Not a CMS, not intake, and not a boxed AI you run without uploading a file.
Audience / pricing
Plaintiff PI firms that want demand packages prepared for attorney review. $250 per demand letter; exhibit redaction $0.25/page (confirm on apexdemands.com/pricing).
