Privacy

Short version

This is a reference site. There are no accounts, no logins, no newsletter, and nothing to buy. We do not sell editorial listings and we do not sell data about you.

What we collect

• Aggregate page analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and referrers. It is cookieless and does not build a cross-site profile of you.
• Google Analytics. We also run Google Analytics 4 to see which listings people actually read. Unlike the above it sets first-party cookies in your browser, and the data is processed by Google under Google’s terms. We do not use it to build advertising audiences or remarketing lists. An ad blocker or Google’s own opt-out will stop it.
• Standard server logs. Our host records request data such as IP address and user agent for security and reliability, on its own retention schedule.
• Email you choose to send. If you write to hello@legalaicompanies.com to suggest or correct a listing, we keep that message so we can act on it and show our work later.

What we do not do

• No advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or data brokers.
• No selling, renting, or trading of your email address.
• Editorial listings are not for sale. Grid position is not a ranking and is not paid.

Links off this site

Company pages link to vendor websites and public entity records. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site under someone else’s privacy policy. We do not control what they collect.

Corrections and removal

If you are a vendor and a listing is wrong, email hello@legalaicompanies.com with the correction and a public source. If you want the message we hold from you deleted, ask at the same address.
