- What it does
- Leah, formerly ContractPodAi, is an enterprise contract-lifecycle platform. It sits on your signed-contract corpus, Microsoft Word, and existing ERP or CRM, not on Westlaw, Lexis, or a law-firm matter CMS. Teams intake work, author from templates, and redline counterparty paper against playbooks inside Word, then route approvals, e-sign through DocuSign or Adobe Sign, and store executed agreements in a searchable repository with obligation and renewal alerts. A sourced helpdesk answers questions against that corpus. The same stack extends into source-to-pay (supplier onboarding, invoice approvals, spend tied to contract terms) and legal intake with outside-counsel spend tracking. Leah Maestro and Agentic OS coordinate domain agents; Leah Studio is the no-code builder. The vendor says it layers over SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, and Salesforce rather than replacing them. Pricing is demo-only (confirm on leahai.com). Not case-law research, not practice management, and not a Word add-in without a CLM project. Lawyer review of playbook exceptions still sits with the customer.
