- What it does
- Juro is browser-native contract-lifecycle software for in-house legal and the business teams around it. Legal owns templates and playbooks; sales, HR, and procurement launch NDAs, offer letters, MSAs, and order forms from Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, or Slack. AI Review redlines counterparty paper in Word against those playbooks; AI Assistant drafts and summarises in the editor; approvals and Juro Sign or DocuSign close the loop. Executed files land in a repository where AI Extract pulls metadata and Operator answers questions with citations. A vendor-stated MCP connector exposes that corpus to Claude and ChatGPT. The stack sits on your templates and CRM or ATS records, not on Westlaw, Lexis, or a law-firm matter CMS. Pricing is quote-only on monthly contract volume and AI modules, with unlimited users (confirm on juro.com). Slack, Word, and Google Drive ship on all plans; Salesforce sits on Enterprise.
