It stores matter documents and email in a governed repository, unifying documents, emails, matters, clients and people behind one API. AI Enrichment classifies documents and extracts metadata such as document type, parties and jurisdiction; Ask iManage handles natural-language retrieval; and an MCP Server exposes governed content to outside AI tools. It enforces access controls and ethical walls, tracks retention and defensible disposition, monitors user behaviour for threats and maintains audit trails.
